Calcium oxide, an inorganic compound, is known in the chemical formula CaO, or quicklime. Physical properties are white powder surface, impure for gray, containing impurities when pale yellow or gray, with moisture absorption.

3, used as raw materials, can manufacture calcium carbide, soda ash, bleaching powder, etc., also used for tanning, wastewater purification, calcium hydroxide and various calcium compounds;

4, can be used as building materials, metallurgical flux, cement accelerating agent, phosphor flux;

5, used as vegetable oil decolorization agent, drug carrier, soil amendment and calcium fertilizer;

6, can also be used for refractory materials, desiccant [1];

7, can prepare agricultural machinery 1, 2 glue and underwater epoxy adhesive, also used as a reaction agent with 2402 resin pre-reaction;

8, used for acid wastewater treatment and sludge conditioning;
